Audio effects on images

Download Audacity

In Photoshop or similar, save the image as BMP (File format windows, depth 24bit)
In Audacity: File > Import > Raw Data...
Encoding: U-Law, Byte order: Big-endian, Channels: 1
Select something that looks smooth few seconds from the beginning
Apply an effect
Export > Export Audio...
Format: Other uncompressed files, Header: RAW, Encoding: U-Law
Click 'OK' to all the prompts
Try different effects
Import multiple images and mix them
